How to Enter
First, prepare your responses to the following questions using your own word processing software. You will be able to copy and paste these into the submission form.
Responses should be limited to 150 words and should include specific examples to support your answers.
1. What makes your classroom practice and the setting you provide students innovative?
2. How has the use of technology significantly enhanced your classroom practice?
3. Relate your most powerful story where your use of technology in the classroom has yielded a significant outcome with a student or students.
4. How has the use of technology in your professional life changed and enhanced the way you work with your colleagues?
Second, prepare your supporting documents illustrating the outstanding work you have done using technology to transform teaching and learning in your classroom.
Please provide at least ONE supporting document from the following;
· An example of student work that was the outcome of the integration of technology into a lesson.
· An example of how technology has helped you manage daily administrative or classroom management tasks.
· One of your lesson plans showing the integration of technology.
(The total combined size of your supporting documents should be no greater than 5mb).
Finally, complete your entry by filling out the form and uploading your materials in the submission area. You will need to be a registered portal user and be signed in to access the submission list.
